Returns Information

We hope you love your Raea purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
We only accept returns on skincare products that are unused, unopened and sealed, and requested within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
  • Products must be unopened, unused and in their original condition
  • All seals, packaging and protective films must be intact
  • Items must not show signs of use, tampering or damage
Any product that has been opened, used or unsealed cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable:
  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable
  • Gift cards
This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a faulty product.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, please email hello@lichfieldbeautyboutique.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including:
  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • Confirmation that the items are unopened and unused
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order skincare products cannot be cancelled once placed. Once delivered, they are subject to this Returns Policy and must remain unopened to be eligible for return.
